Once created, manual proposals cannot be adjusted from within the app. Instead, adjustment requests must be submitted through the chat feature using the following steps:
- Assuming you have already received your manual proposal, tap on the icon in the upper left corner to expand the sidebar. If you have not yet created a manual proposal, learn how here.
2. Tap ‘Dashboard’.
3. Tap the chat bot icon.
4. Tap ‘See all’.
5. Look for conversations from our manual designer, Petr. Click on the conversation involving the proposal of the home you would like to make adjustments to.
6. Find your six digit tracking number.
Anytime you want to request an adjustment to a manual proposal, from adding/removing panels to updating annual electricity usage, send your request in the chat along with this tracking number. The more details you give us the better - you can even upload photos if you feel those would be useful to us as well!
