Sometimes Elli designs a solar system for the correct house, yet the address is stated incorrectly when returned to you in your app Dashboard. This most often occurs with manual design requests, as the GPS point Google* picks up can assign the wrong street number. *We use Google for manual designs because the imagery is more up-to-date than other mapping services.

The good news is there is a super-easy fix to this issue.

In the app (not on your dashboard, via computer) tap the blue "Review agreement" button at the bottom of the main page. This will open a page allowing you to enter or edit your customer's name, phone number, email address, and street address. No need to worry about the city, Elli has you covered.

Be sure this information is accurate before you have an agreement signed by the homeowner. Use the photo IDs to double check the home address, as finance partners will require the address on the loan application match the address on their property title, the Clean.tech contract, as well as match their drivers license.
