On occasion, Elli designs a solar system for the correct house, yet the address is stated incorrectly when returned to you in your app Dashboard. This can occur when working with constantly-updating satellite mapping imagery. The steps to correct a customer’s address or contact information are very simple, straightforward, and can be completed directly from the Clean.Tech app.
In the app, go to the home that needs modification and tap the pin above the house.
Tap the blue "Review Agreement" button at the bottom of the main page of the design. This will open a page where you can edit or enter customer name, phone number, email address, and street address details.
Correct the existing address and any other pertinent customer info. This updated information will be automatically reflected in the design, and subsequently in the proposal and future contract documents.
At this point, you can proceed directly to the proposal to send it to your customer, or go back to the home screen to continue editing the solar system.
Be sure the homeowner’s address and name is accurate prior to having a contract agreement signed by the homeowner. Use their photo ID to double check the home address, as finance partners will require the address on the loan application to match the address on their property title and the Clean.Tech contract.
